Sigma Surveys are experienced measured building surveyors who have made the transition to property surveying. We fully survey the building using an EDM and DISTO integrated with MBS software. In our opinion, this is the most accurate way to survey buildings and has a proven track record with measured building surveying for architectural purposes. Once the site work is complete, we effectively have a finished AutoCAD drawing that can be used to calculate NIA / GIA / GEA or lease plans. Sigma Surveys constantly adhere to the RICS Code of Measuring Practice, so our clients can be sure that every square metre has been accounted for. Our final survey package includes AutoCAD drawings, PDF’s, A3 paper plots, photographs, a survey report and area schedule highlighting all included and excluded areas.
